Emergency crews had been referred to as to Smith Road, in South Penrith, at about 11am on Tuesday over welfare issues for a lady. 

Police spoke to the 22-year-old girl, who mentioned she was harm in a battle at a close-by house, allegedly by the hands of a person recognized to her.
