Large ‘gasoline explosion’ on road in Ashford ‘blows off entrance of home’ as fireplace crews rush to scene

The entrance of a home was on fireplace at this time after a suspected gasoline explosion on a residential road. 

Fireplace crews and paramedics have been known as to Mill View in Willesborough in Ashford, Kent this morning. It isn’t identified at this stage if there are any casualties.

Dramatic video reveals flames and smoke billowing from a home as police urge locals to remain away. 

‘Large gasoline explosion on my street, entrance of the home is totally gone,’ a witness tweeted.  

A Kent Fireplace and Rescue Service spokesman stated: ‘Kent Fireplace and Rescue Service is on the scene of a home fireplace following a reported explosion in Mill View, in Willesborough, Ashford.

‘4 fireplace engines are in attendance.’
